Maple Block Bliss

Cooking with Maple Sugar

I love using maple sugar for all of my baking needs including pies, cakes and cookies. Every other week I bake protein cookies full of granola, nuts, flour, butter and and maple sugar which makes the cookies just right because the maple sugar
makes them deliciously flavored. When I ran out of maple sugar and used regular sugar, my family said they did not taste as good. Apple pie, banana bread and all of my Thanksgiving recipes including sweet potato casserole are so much better using maple sugar. Mansfield maple sugar is the best brand, and when I used another brand of maple sugar, I was very disappointed so this is the only brand I purchase. 5 stars!
