Found this syrup in a NYC market many years ago. The shop stopped selling it at some point, opting for something cheaper that tasted… well, cheaper. I missed the Mansfield flavor so much that I sought them out online and ordered directly from the source. I’ve never been disappointed with an order from them — and I’ve been ordering for years.

I am so happy I discovered Mansfield Maple. We use their syrup for everything from baking bread to soaking pancakes. Everyone in our family has a favorite intensity of flavor…it’s really just the best I’ve found.
This is an excellent product, always consistently good. However, one does pay extra for the glass bottle, so unless you have a purpose for the bottle(s), I would just order it in the quality plastic bottle. I have been using this maple syrup for several years, excellent quality. Sometimes shipping takes a little longer, but it is well packaged, so you never have leaks or problems.
I live on the west coast and have never had real maple candy before, so I found this lovely small company in VT and have really enjoyed trying their candy. It is absolutely delightful!

This is something I have wanted to try for a long time and finally decided to do so. I am glad I did. The taste is wonderful. I substituted it for regular sugar in my apple pie and it was delicious.
