This golden maple syrup is amazing and so hard to find in a big glass jar (most organic maple syrups are amber). I use the maple syrup in my chocolate chip cookies and in my coffee every morning, and both come out delicious with Mansfield Maple Syrup!
I have a hard time resisting the urge to buy maple sugar candy all year long, it's delicious. The product arrived as ordered, has been an absolute delight to indulge in, and Mansfield customer service is incredible. Will definitely order again when I'm able. I'm sorry there are no pics with my review, I ate the candy too quickly and there's nothing left for a photo :/

Product is wonderful but the size is tiny. It's my fault that I didn't look closer at the volume. I think that could be explained clearer in the product description. Not many people know how much 50 ml are. Each bottle is about the size of a shot glass. Not enough for 2-3 pancakes.

My friends in Europe were given a sample of barrel-aged maple syrup from Wisconsin that they loved, so I sent them a sample of every type in Vermont that I could get my hands on while visiting. Of all eight, this Rye-barrel-aged was their favorite, so I ordered two large bottles to bring over to them in my luggage. Makes a GREAT gift especially for those outside the maple syrup-producing areas!

I purchased this for my spouse who loves Rye. I didn't expect to enjoy it because I do not generally like anything Rye. I was very happily surprised. Maple seems to be the perfect medium to showcase the tasty facets of Rye Whiskey. It is smooth and buttery with a lot of complexity. It is delicious in any normal maple syrup application and incredible as a mixer for cocktails.
And so many other uses. Since I started using maple sugar, I use so much less granulated (or brown) and all my baking tastes great. Thank you so much Mansfield Maple. Best maple syrup and sugar in the world.
Delivery was very prompt, nicely boxed and most importantly, the maple sugar candies are delicious and smooth and quite the popular treat at a holiday gathering. Definitely recommend!
