Maple cream has always been my favorite maple product; I use it on everything. That said, I am so glad I tried Mount Mansfield’s maple cream, it is truly fantastic! The flavor is robust, the sweetness is perfect, and the consistency is exactly right (not too thin but not so thick as to tear your muffin). I honestly can’t recommend this maple cream enough, it really is wonderful!

I use this granulated maple sugar for EVERYTHING! It has more nutrients than honey. I looked it up. It's a perfect substitute for granulated WHITE sugar which has NO NUTRITIONAL value. All i taste is the very dark chocolate….no maple flavor at all. Very expensive for simple dark chocolate bark. In fact after 1 piece of bark, i dont want to eat the rest! Wont buy again. Bummer!
