Bought 1/2 gal at a time. First run, the dark, then amber. All are very good, but the amber is IMO the best maple syrup ever.
This bark is a brawny combination of strong, brittle chocolate and maple flavor that rewards big bites. It comes across not so much as layered - like many holiday barks - but as a whole new taste sensation. Better get a couple of bags!
I’ve been ordering about 3 gallons of maple syrup per year since 2016. Besides the usual pancakes and waffles, I use Mount Mansfield’s maple syrup in place of sugar for coffee, baking, and almost everything that calls for sugar. Mount Mansfield not only has great maple syrup, but also great customer service, which is just as important as the product itself.

These are very tasty. I bought 2 for stocking stuffers but ended up eating them both myself.
We tried the Mansfield Maple Bark for the first time this year and loved it! It's sort of like toffee, almond roca and maple combined, just delicious. It was gone after a couple days, I should have ordered more but will definitely be a return buyer.
