The best maple candy ever. Nice and fresh a great taste!!!
I’ve tried many local maple syrups and most have a bitter taste to them. Every bottle of Mansfields I’ve purchased has been sweet and clean tasting. Idk if they harvest it later in the season or if it’s just the trees in that part of the country, but I’ve boughten 4 more bottles this year and it’s the only one my kids, guests, and myself use since the first time we tried it. I prefer the darker one that’s a little sweeter but the golden one is delicious as well. Hard to believe they make this with only one ingredient. I know several guests have ordered it while they were eating breakfast at my house. It’s that good and we’ll worth the price over the fake commercial syrup or the bitter local homemade.
We love their maple syrup. I appreciate that they had all of the grades available to order. We like to use golden on our on pancakes but bake with the darker more robust grade

This is excellent syrup. I love the bright taste of the robust grade. So rich and full flavored.
The Mt. Mansfield Grade A pure light amber maple syrup is the best. I do not use it for cooking as its delicate flavor is best unadulterated on pancakes and waffles.
I think this is the best maple syrup. My favorite is the dark amber. I use it instead of sugar for recipes and daily on any foods I want sweetened and sometimes just straight from the bottle as a quick energy boost snack. I have also had the maple candy which I cannot imagine anyone not liking it is so good. The service has always been great, prompt, safely packed shipping. I like the idea of dealing with the direct owners of a company that care about their product.
I was born and raised in Vermont, and even though I don't live in Vermont anymore, I will always buy Pure Vermont Maple Syrup!
