I ordered a sample of the dark robust maple syrup. Normally, I think this is ideal for cooking, however, I used in oatmeal and coffee. The flavor is bolder with less sweetness than a lighter maple syrup. However, the flavor was smooth and I really liked it!

From this small bottle to the gallon size you can’t go wrong buying maple syrup from this awesome company. Love this little bottle too! I have been a customer for years, I still order from Mansfield all the way from Arizona. I like the dark robust variety best, the maple flavor really comes through. Packaging is top notch, I've never had a broken jug. I prefer glass and am sad plastic is now standard but I move my syrup into glass jars and seal. I will continue to buy from Mansfield maple, in my opinion it is the best syrup.
