The maple block was especially popular, everyone talking about how many things you could use it for. In addition to loving the maple, the customer service was outstanding. I am obsessed with this delicious block of maple syrup. I use a small grater to sprinkle . I use a small grater to sprinkle the maple flakes onto oatmeal and into my coffee (weird but good!). This is such a decadent and luscious treat!

We used to get huge maple blocks (much bigger than these) in the late 1950's when I was a child in Eastern Canada. My memory tells me that the quality and taste were very similar although almost 70 years has faded my memory somewhat. I look forward to sharing this with my grandsons to share some of my childhood with them. Nice product!
