I have been a fan of Mansfield's for a few years now -- once you have used a real maple product you will never go back to anything else and if your on the road and they serve the the normal stuff I will order something else that doesn't come with syrup -- can't bring myself to use nothing but the real deal. I also enjoy the newsletter -- I had no idea how much work goes into making it !!!!

For many years I have been enjoying Mansfield Golden every morning on my steel cut oatmeal. This year is the first time I’ve tried First Run. I’m enjoying the experiment but Golden will always be my favorite. I especially appreciate Mansfield’s excellent service and Sarah’s personal touch!
