Maple Block Bliss

I come from a family that cherishes all things maple. One of my fave memories is our family driving to PEI and my dad rationing out pieces of maple sugar from a brick of maple sugar. I've already grated about half of my maple block over cream of wheat and oatmeal with delightful results. I did expect the maple taste to be a little stronger than regular syrup, but that's my only complaint.

Very unique and delicious way to enjoy pure maple!

I am obsessed with this delicious block of maple syrup. I use a small grater to sprinkle . I use a small grater to sprinkle the maple flakes onto oatmeal and into my coffee (weird but good!). This is such a decadent and luscious treat!
