Excellent great tasting maple syrup

I have been a big fan of this maple syrup since 2019 when I bought the maple leaf bottles of syrup as party favors for my daughter’s wedding.

Unlike most wedding party favors, No one left these behind! A very prized commodity

I just thought they were a cute keep sake reminder of the wedding, until I ran out of my other maple syrup and used the amber grade syrup on my crepes!

So naturally I bought a half gallon and was amazed how quickly every one in the family was “filling up” their smaller bottles and taking them home to use in their cooking!
Fast forward to pandemic
I had yet another daughter get married in 2023.
To my surprise, those cute little bottles for party favors were manufactured in the Ukraine (strange how wars affect economy)
The company was great and sent me all they had in stock but I would come up 20 bottles short.
Happy ending, glass bottles manufactured and two weeks before the wedding, able to get remaining 20 bottles

Wedding was on a farm in Vermont so these party favors were ideal!
The live band members that entertained us at the wedding were all given their own bottle at the end of the evening and said this was the nicest gift ever!
And they had not even tasted it yet!

Beautiful flavor

I have been missing out on teal maple syrup. My dad tasted vanilla notes while found the flavor was a soft molasses. Either way it was enjoyed on freshly milled pancakes and used in a rye bread recipe giving both all natural and real ingredient benefits and taste! Will buy more when I run out.
