I first got this as a gift for my son as he is a coffee snob and he couldn’t say enough good things about it so I had to try it for myself. The flavor is just indescribable. The coffee beans infuse the maple syrup with such a depth of flavor. I very highly recommend this infused syrup.

I’m a dark amber gal, loving intense maple flavor. But the coffee infusion makes a delicious maple syrup. I love it drizzled (or drenched) over KA maple oat scones. For years now I have exclusively used Mount Mansfield maple: excellent syrup and excellent customer service. Highest recommendation.

The first time I tasted this syrup was when my niece sent it for Christmas. I love it's rich, mellow taste and the coffee overtones of this flavor. My Son loves it, too. He puts it on vanilla ice cream. My brother and his family are fans now, too. I don't live in an area where I can try this elegantly delicious syrup on snow, but it can make a delicately fried egg and thin crispy bacon so good you'll know the meaning of "to swoon." The coffee flavor is very subtle so I like to keep this syrup on the side and dip each bite of pancake or egg into it so that it does not get dissolved into the food before I can taste it. Yummmmm.
