Exceptional product

Ever since someone gifted me with Mansfield Maple’s maple candy I have sampled several of their products and have yet to be anything but overwhelmed with the quality! Maple sugar candy is my favorite sweet in the universe and Mansfield is sublime!!

Awesome quality and flavor!

I use this syrup to flavor my London Fog tea and my cappuccino. There is nothing better! The bourbon flavoring from the barrels is perfect. As fall and colder weather is here, I will use it in my cookie recipes, pumpkin pie and especially in my sweet potato casserole. I need to order a couple more bottles…running out! Highly recommend.

It's the sweet Umami

Ever think, boy that's really good? When you want great, add a little of the Bourbon Maple to French Toast, to Cakes, to Roasted Gravy, to Sauteed Vegetables, even to a Cocktail, or a cup of Coffee/Latte. So versatile, yet adds a complexity and sophistication to any dish where you can imagine a little sweet umph. It's the umami of sweet. Just love all the different ways I find to use it. It's also great on it's own.
