My friends in Europe were given a sample of barrel-aged maple syrup from Wisconsin that they loved, so I sent them a sample of every type in Vermont that I could get my hands on while visiting. Of all eight, this Rye-barrel-aged was their favorite, so I ordered two large bottles to bring over to them in my luggage. Makes a GREAT gift especially for those outside the maple syrup-producing areas!

Completely unique and delicious even for someone who doesn't like Rye Whiskey. .

I purchased this for my spouse who loves Rye. I didn't expect to enjoy it because I do not generally like anything Rye. I was very happily surprised. Maple seems to be the perfect medium to showcase the tasty facets of Rye Whiskey. It is smooth and buttery with a lot of complexity. It is delicious in any normal maple syrup application and incredible as a mixer for cocktails.

An Instant Favorite

Mount Mansfield Maple has become my go-to for maple products, and the rye whiskey aged syrup is at the top of the list (though I'll finally try the single malt with any luck at some point!). The lovely, smooth flavor has transformed leisurely weekend breakfasts to the next level.

Rye Maple Syrup

Difficult to decide what I like best. The Rye, the Bourbon or the Coffee flavored.
All are good. I prefer the Rye and Coffee and my wife likes the Bourbon.
